I don't think notes about you is your personal data. Of course your name and surname is, but interviewer opinion about your experience and behavior is his. If you request information about you they will tell which recruitment tool they used but that's it.
You cannot get the infromation you need, the interviewer only has to remove personaly identifiable information from their interview notes and then they don't have to give you that information.
