I think if I hire someone and I told them something wrong and they know that it is wrong but did it anyway without even questioning it (ask a question is good, so that you can learn; maybe there is a good reason why it is done that way, but maybe not), then I will fire them please.

I find it strange and tacky that someone would post something like this. It feels like something that's fun in high school until you grow up and realize that insulting people doesn't make you look any better or smarter -- it makes you look worse.
While it does suck to work with someone who needs to be fired, losing a job can be financially and emotionally devastating. It can tear families apart and lead to suicide.
