I watched a few of his videos and I agree with a lot of the things he proposes.
Basic Income is a MUST for a society that is undergoing deep economic/technical change, in which ordinary people are challenged with low growth (economic) or evolved technology (e.g. AI might be able to take a lot of jobs).
IMO a better form is Basic Income in the form of food/housing/education coupons + more tax cuts for people who are willing to learn new things, but that's another topic. I also think education is the biggest thing here, as a lot of smart poor kids don't get the chance to receive high-end education. We should give incentives to professors from good universities to hold lectures in other universities. Yes for sure we have online courses but F2F still has some advantages for discussion and that's the other half of education. You have to listen AND discuss. Discourse and Reddit alike cannot fulfill that, yet.
