I like it - fun to compare sites against one another. Perhaps you could define "Best Practices" and "SEO". More insight into how to improve, assume from Lightspeed, would be useful.

I put in my website and the results showed it was nice and speedy. However, at Lightspeed my results have never been close to this good.
