I try to dedicate 45 minutes a day to just learning. Traditional pen and paper (I use a dot grid journal from Walmart for $8).
I used digital systems like Notion/etc and even OneNote with my Surface but it's hard.
Consistency is important. If you can't do 45 minutes, try with 20 minutes. No distractions. Investments now in this habit will compound over time.
Make peace with your mortality. Close some doors in your life, because it is not long enough for a 15kiloline to-read list.
