Depending on the bad actors you are trying to protect against, cycling through ones you self-host and one's you subscribe to are best. Check out lantern, google's outline, tor etc. Currently, the most secure have wireguard at their core. It's do-able with a little study. Distributed web will be the evil-do'ers elimination and is coming sooner than you think.
