Its using a wildcat round that nothing else does; that alone is reason to suspect this is an excuse to waste a bunch of money, not actually produce a viable weapon.

Not that there's no chance of value in the basic platform, but compare the "toyota technical" to what the army buys to do the same job, and apply the same divisor.
