I'd guess that it's not in compliance with GDPR because it's not a European site, and thus not required to be.

You haven't just been breaking the site guidelines in many different ways, you've been posting slurs that are among the worst things I've seen on HN in quite a while. Since you've continued to do that (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=30283728 was just yesterday), it's clear that the decision to ban the account was correct.
