Recently I setup a Raspberry Pi Zero to work act as a network print server for an old Xerox printer. Everything from start to finish, including flashing the OS and the CUPS configuration, took just 1 hour.
The next step is to setup saned, the network service for SANE, to have it provide a wireless scanner service for the network.
While XSANE has always worked for me out of the box, the network version needs configuration that I've never done before. Hopefully it will be just as simple.
