I tried Warp briefly when it came out but the speed of the free tier wasn't great, at least at the time. I remember trying the Warp+ paid tier and that it was better.
There is also an official Wireguard CLI for Linux now [1][2].
But there are better VPN options if you want privacy first.
(Aside from using Cloudflare as a VPN, I'm very pro-Cloudflare.)
