Habits Maketh the Man and Un-Maketh Him, Too

  • I read that book (Atomic Habits) and frankly this article summarize the main points quite well.

    1. Start small

    2. Make habits part of your personality (you don't have to workout, you are someone who works out)

    3. Repetition makes it easier (Do it even when you don't want to and it will get progressively easier)

    I feel like all of those are somewhat obvious in hindsight but it's nice to see them formalized.
