Funny but makes some sense in a way as VS introduces features which was previously covered by Resharper.

Issue tracking is a very crowded space, there are a lot of tools that can help (or hinder) you. Having used YouTrack, it really doesn't feel like a JetBrains tool at all. It's like they took all the best features of other issue tracking tools and decided to ignore them. Somehow their expertise in other areas just doesn't seem to translate across the org into this area. I don't know about your experiences, and this just might be me, but JetBrains' implementation is not among the names that comes to mind when needing to select a tool.
