It starts with an inspiring story about how a steep rental increase drove JG and friends to start AirBnB. Fast forward 15 years and now AirBnB is a significant factor in ensuring that "normal" people who just want to "live" in places can't afford to rent places to live.
AirBnB has been a significant win for its owners and, for many, landlords but, anywhere which might be considered a tourist destination, it's driven rental prices to artificial highs bypassing local taxes and regulations on hotels in the process.
