I'm a bit saddened with words like

> Going from virtually zero regulation of A.I. to an entire federal agency would not pass Congress.

So we agreed that we can't move fast, even if needed, and look for workarounds, it seems.

However the idea of a federal agency analogous to FDA looks promising.
