I don’t think the ruling really solved anything for supporters, the people who support it aren’t actually served by opening up a few more spots at elite institutions. Facebook banning political discussions is likely very different circumstances than DHH’s company.
The core partisanship and political grievances that our liberal democracy is struggling to handle are still here, so the American dream style rhetoric also feels out of place.
