Once again, corporate real estate. It's corporate real estate. Everything else that's been said has been hand-waves. They are going to lose their asses on these offices if they don't claw people back into them.
I think Zoom is making a big mistake doing this (even if only for optics). Why should everyone have/need a zoom account if they have to be in the office anyway?
