Dystopian. I wonder if there are any regulations that put boundaries on this. I mean human rights should also somehow apply to non US citizen. I would strongly believe this would probably illegal in the EU (because it would fail any balancing test) and will be further regulated if the AI act comes into place.
You are only free if you do not have to travel to the US (which I haven't done since 9/11 for exactly those reasons). Just imagine how many people self-censor themselves due to this.
Does anyone know if they also scan HN: might bias the sentiment analysis ;)
