Is it just me that is really irritated by the missing apostrophe?

If the title is this illiterate then it's a very strong indicator that the rest of the article will be as well... and if it's that mangled I am not sure I can be bothered to read it. People tend to put more effort into the title than the main body, and if that little effort was given here where it matters most, it makes me suspect the rest will be horrible.
