As privacy goes, their message doesn't help much. It doesn't mention whether the storage on D.O. is encrypted or if they are getting some kind of PaaS where the local admins would have access to it. "Deleted forever" doesn't help much when we are talking about servers in the US. They don't mention the details about encryption in transit, processing, rest, backups, etc.
As much as I enjoy being converted to Elsa.. if you guys read this, please add more clarity to your data protection details.
