I actually remember this page, though I wouldn't actually write any ColdFusion code until a couple years after this.
This was 1996. Lynx was still used for real. CGI scripts were how most dynamic web pages were developed, and Netscape 3.0 was the bleeding edge.
I mean that was pretty good design for 1996.
