    If that happened to me i’d get a lawyer involved.

    It’s unacceptable that they can steal your data and your purchases without any explanation.

    And I don’t care about bullshit ToS, they really unenforceable if they’re deemed predatory by a judge.

    As an aside, even if all else fails and I need to factory reset my devices - I'm not sure if that's straight forward if you can't log in to the currently enrolled Apple ID...
