I got an Anthropology minor in college and it was well worth it.
It was more the culmination of everything covered but Introductory Biological Anthropology would be a good starting point if you're interested.
Two more classes I would highly recommend are Human Anatomy and Physiology as well as Introduction to Nutrition.
