It's getting harder and harder to find meaning when all notions of truth and shared reality are being destroyed.
Each of us is already processing oceans of new data daily, and technology like deepfakes and chatgpt will create data faster-and-faster than we can humanly process it. It's becoming impossible to collect enough facts firsthand to come up with any humanly/scientifically reasoned model or philosophy that answers "what does it all add up to?" with a high degree of confidence and reliability.
Maybe the answer is 42. Maybe it's the multiverse. Any answer has to allow all of these ideas to simultaneously exist.
