That's an interesting point. I wonder how much processing would be required to get something similar to YouTub's Content ID system for twitch.
YouTube has it at least somewhat working for their livestreams but that surely wasn't easy given their scale and the latency requirements for livestreams.

The world is finding out they can just make up whatever laws they like and fine American tech companies for easy cash.
Shaking down Twitch/Amazon earlier via their "pay to play" cost on ingress traffic backfired, so they're just establishing a price on access to SK citizens.
At least it's not regulatory capture, right?
