  • As someone who has hired extensively, I discovered that approximately 80% of my time spent using an ATS was dedicated to reviewing CVs and rejecting applicants.

    So, I created a very simple ATS that automatically rejects and pre-selects applicants based on how well their application (including responses to clarification questions) and CV match the job description.
