FWIW - all "n <= 5" trans people I know (in the US) seems to regard the whole issue, as it has been escalating in the ideological/culture wars for the past 15-ish years, as a sort of radioactive and inmate-run insane asylum. They all want to quietly live their own lives, as what they are, without ever hearing about those wars, or being presumed to know anything about those wars, or being expected to have opinions about those wars, or...
