Are recruiters better than a coin flip at judging resumes? Here's the data

  • Comparing the recruiters to coin flips isn't all that fair to the coins. One should in stead compare their estimations by resume to that of a random selection of people or some specific selection like other job seekers, professors, mba's, children, senior citizens etc

    Having LLM's do the crystal-balling does sound fun.
