There's no such thing as "analytics for ads" and "privacy", those just don't go hand in hand.
The only privacy-preserving analytics you can do on ads is count the hits on a static banner ad (while scraping the ips out of your server logs).
This is sad, I'm hoping this kind of thinking doesn't seep too much into Firefox... the last fiefdom of non-Google-monopolized internet.
