New Idaho library rules, adults only, must show ID

  • Yup. Better that kids learn form the internet than from so many dangerous books. But have a care for the libraries. They are the ones that need to make sense out of the current debates. Excluding children is likely what they need to do to stay open.

    This looks like malicious compliance to make people angry. There are no restrictions on children entering a library, only on 'obscene' materials. Perfect fodder for the kind of person that fawns over ""banned"" books.

  • Lol, I've been to a library in Idaho, the only people inside were kids. I assume they were desperately trying to escape their parents.

  • If providing books to kids is outlawed the only outlaws will provide books to kids
