I just discovered this while researching note-taking methodologies. It seems quite new; the only mentions of it on social media are “look at this new thing.”
It's not a product or service (yet?); it's just a collection of instructions and some resources for setting up Apple Notes in a structured way to keep your notes organized.
I don't use Apple Notes, but the concept is simple enough that it can be used with any notes app. I adopted it to use with iA Writer, and there are others in the Obsidian Discord server talking about taking it on.
The ideas aren't new (it uses aspects of Zettelkasten, Evergreen Notes, GTD, Bullet Journal, et al), but the presentation is nice, and completely free.
