I like one of the comments that says "NO NEED FOR DEI, just do:" and then goes on to describe, most of the DEI policies that were discussed in most of the companies that I worked for.
The lack of awareness of the author of this piece is astounding (I read it a couple of days ago) - I mean if Bari Weiss is one of the founders, that should have been the first red flag...
Seeing as one of the founding idea is that DEI is cancer, I don't think removing someone who wants to have a nuanced discussion about the pros and cons of DEI is betraying their stated position.
