On another note (ignoring the wrong title) can someone explain in layman's terms what this means? My understanding was that temperature acclimation to new temperatures
I think you may have linked to the wrong article. The abstract is about Brown Adipose Tissue...which has weight loss implications, but as far as I know, no direct connection to sleep.
